Manager of Community Operations
Madison serves Canopy at the Trails as our Manager of Community Operations. She began her career with Mark-Taylor, spending two years with the company before relocating to Chicago, and we're delighted to welcome her back to Arizona and to our team. For Madison, the best part of the community is its people. Her door is always open, and residents frequently stop by to catch up and share what's new in their lives, a connection that has made the community feel like family. Away from the office, you'll find her enjoying a weekend getaway, singing along at a country concert, or spending time with animals, especially the dog she rescued eight years ago.
Everardo
Manager of Facilities and Service
Everardo is the Canopy at the Trails Manager of Facilities and Service, bringing 15 months of experience with Mark-Taylor. His favorite feature of the community is the direct access from each garage into the home, which he says makes coming home feel both private and effortless. Outside of work, Everardo is an avid plant enthusiast with a particular fondness for anything in bloom. If you're looking for advice on keeping your flowers thriving, he's the one to ask.
